Equipping the
Next Generation
to Lead.
The ripple that will shape the next thirty years is sitting in a classroom right now. What happens in that classroom — who teaches it, and how they teach it — determines the character of an entire generation of leaders.

What the Ripple
Looks Like in a Classroom
Values-Based Curriculum
A full academic-year program covering character, communication, teamwork, service, and vision, taught in a way that integrates with core subjects and reinforces them.
Peer-Led
iLead’s peer-led approach allows students to learn how to lead by actually leading. Conducted in a roundtable setting where each student in the small group takes turns leading the discussion, turning classroom values into real-world habits before graduation.
Lasting Impact
iLead is simple to use, easy to implement, and designed for scalable impact. Whether adopted schoolwide or integrated into classrooms, advisories, or extracurricular spaces, iLead helps schools become agents of transformation—raising up students who live with character and lead with conviction.

Leadership Curriculum
iLead is a values-based leadership curriculum designed for students in grades K through 12, now active in schools across more than 170 countries. Developed in partnership with Growing Leaders and grounded in John Maxwell’s leadership principles, iLead gives educators a ready-to-use, classroom-tested program that builds character, communication, and service into the rhythms of the school year.
Each lesson is structured for real classrooms, flexible enough to work across cultures and grade levels, and deep enough to shape how students see themselves as leaders. Teachers receive training and ongoing support so the curriculum becomes a natural part of how they already teach.
The result is a generation of students who leave school knowing how to lead with integrity, serve their communities, and carry those values into every room they walk into for the rest of their lives.
