How We Start a
National Ripple

We believe lasting change begins with people. When individuals learn to value themselves, value others, take responsibility, and lead with integrity, they begin to influence the world around them.

 

For more than 40 years, Dr. John C. Maxwell has taught that leadership is influence. Through values-based transformation initiatives, the Foundation equips individuals, organizations, schools, communities, and nations to develop leaders who create positive change where they live, work, and serve.
